The WillowCreek community, set in a beautiful landscape of shady woodlands, is for seniors who want to maintain their rich, rewarding life without the responsibilities of running a household. We offer a choice of private and companion rooms, restaurant-style dining, housekeeping services, exercise and wellness programs, daily activities and much more. Our residents may relax on our large patio and porch areas and listen to the sound of soothing water from our beautiful water fountain located in our landscaped interior courtyard. WillowCreek Assisted Living & Memory Care provides a wide range of services and amenities that enable our residents to derive meaning and value from every day.
Rooms
WillowCreek Assisted Living & Memory Care is committed to providing our residents with a home-like environment that maximizes their independence, privacy and dignity. Our basic rates are all-inclusive of our services, amenities and community features. Medicaid is accepted.
Activities
We’ve invested time in developing the best services and amenities to make our community stand out. WillowCreek Assisted Living & Memory Care offers quality amenities, activities, and lifestyle choices while promoting and preserving our residents' independence and integrity. Examples of our community activities include bingo, bible study, crafts, dominoes, exercise, live entertainment, and social gatherings.
Cuisine
Life Is Good when dining at WillowCreek. Our dietary team prepares healthy and hearty comfort food that nourishes our residents and helps them feel at home. We have one large dining room for our Brookside and Creekside residents and a private dining room for our Keepsake residents. Both dining rooms offer the same great daily menus. Below is a sample of the food options offered at WillowCreek.

VISITATION POLICY
